This new program follows the footsteps of a successful first edition launched in June 2023. Over 300 publications participated last year, receiving a range of tools and training to strengthen their online presence.

Google is partnering with FICCI and MeitY to bring back the program with an even more comprehensive toolkit for publishers. Here’s a breakdown of the exciting new features:

Tech Expertise at Your Fingertips: Google will continue its collaboration with publishers, offering ongoing support to improve website performance, optimize content formats for various platforms, and enhance native apps to deliver a seamless user experience.

Improved Decision based on Data: New dashboards will be a help extensively Publishers, they will have access to real-time metrics about their audience demographics and how their content is performing. This valuable data will empower them to make data-driven decisions and tailor their strategies for maximum impact.

Reach larger and wider Audiences: With the sunsetting of third-party cookies, Google is offering solutions to minimize the disruption to website functionality and advertising revenue. Additionally, Google Cloud will be leveraged to optimize content categorization and tagging, ensuring articles are discoverable by a wider audience through search engines.

From Learning to Implementation: The program goes beyond just offering resources. It will provide eight informative online sessions featuring industry experts who can share their knowledge and best practices. Publishers can also participate in product-specific training sessions and gain valuable insights from real-world success stories of other publications. On top of that, personalized consultations and dedicated technical support are available for select publications.
